The large Chinese text in the background has the dual translation of “swan” and a “person of lofty goals.” Here, I’ve imagined a uniformed man, infantry, who had the lofty goal of obeying orders to march for his nation. His wings have decayed, however, as the realization sets in about the immoral nature of his mission.
The Chinese text below is the name of the club, Yugong Yishan, and the city in which it is located, the Chinese capital Beijing.
